At Grace Loves Lace, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your choice; therefore, we offer a dedicated return policy for our ready-to-wear collections and accessories. Please note that due to their bespoke nature, our made-to-order bridal gowns are final sale and cannot be returned.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-wear or 14 days for sale items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original box and use the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to drop off your package at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
